Katrin Seifarth has studied international business administration and can look back on more than 20 years of experience in leading management functions and as business and life coach. In her job as a trainer, coach and author she benefits from many years of experience from her own business background as well as from her insights as a trainer into different types of companies in different sectors. Katrin Seifarth is married, has two adult kids and lives in Frankfurt in Germany. Next to her mother tongue German, she is fluent in English and French.
In her trainings, coachings and workshop moderations she puts an emphasis on fast and sustainable results, which the participants can truly identify with instead of learning for them non-appropriate behaviors. Through her multiple coaching formations she is able to make teams and individuals aware of unconscious thoughts and behavior patterns as well as of their strengths und thus to leverage potential in a very targeted way. She is convinced: „Success can only develop, when you resolve your success brakes and hindering beliefs and when you spot these in others and deal with them in a respectful way. Then – and only then – each individual and every team nearly run on autopilot“. Individual coachings, firmly integrated into the seminars as well as conclusive recommendations for the company management round off the sustainability aspect of her work.
